Shift Information
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The Regional Application Specialist with provide on-site training for the use of the Hologic DXA equiment:
*
Provide instruction on proper use of DXA equipment
*
QDR 4500 series
*
Delphi series
*
QDR 4000
*
QDR 1000+
*
Discovery systems
*
Provide a minimum of two follow-ups calls after training approximately 2 days and then 2 weeks after initial training
Administrative
*
Provide documentation of training through written report
*
Book travel itinerary
*
Contact customer with details and times of training program
*
Submit timely expense reports
*
Maintain copies of all training reports
*
Update User Guides as needed
*
Responsible for certifying operators
*
Technical Assessment
*
Software debugging - provide feedback on software errors and/or modifications as appropriate
*
Hardware evaluations - provide feedback on hardware issues
*
Provide technical support at tradeshows as needed
Qualifications
*
Extensive Travel
*
Good communication skills
*
Computer literate
*
Ability to multitask
Must live in the Chicago, IL area
Education
* ARRT certified
Experience
* 3-5 yrs. experience
