In this position, you will be supporting the sales organizations for multiple divisions of Hologic, through the Womens’ Health Group. This position is responsible for reviewing and/or developing sales contracts and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure sales contract documents are in compliance with and adhere to Hologic legal terms, conditions, and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop key relationships with business area stakeholders

  • Collaborate with area stakeholders to identify and refine strategies and processes to support Hologic interests

  • Develop strategy, review, draft and negotiate non-standard sales contracts

  • Prepare and/or participate in the preparation of sales proposals, agreements and related documents including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and cross-divisional customer contracts

  • Partner with Contracts Specialists I, III & IV, along with Hologic’s internal departments to support the negotiations of customer contract terms and conditions to ensure sales contracts are consistent with Hologic’s terms, conditions, policies and procedures

  • Participate in and support cross-divisional efforts to develop and implement a consistent customer contract framework and standardized terms and conditions across Hologic

  • Coordinate review and input from appropriate business functions and cross-functional teams as needed to complete contracting documents

  • Coordinate with the other members of the Commercial Contracting team to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approach

  • Negotiate and drive positive resolution of contractual issues or disputes when required

  • Participate in all required job training and development courses and seminars

  • Other requests as assigned by Lead

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn other Microsoft Office applications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or relevant advanced degree a plus

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal/contracting department

  • Experience working with sales contracts in the healthcare industry is preferred
