Role
Responsible for the marketing and promotion of the diagnostic technology of Invader Chemistry Products to customers in assigned geographic territory in Japan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Achieve the sales and marketing goals by planning and executing the marketing activities of Invader Chemistry Products, Cervista HPV and related products (hereafter Products)
· Plan, monitor, analyze and report quarterly and annual invoiced sales targets.
· Investigate customer needs to develop new RUO/IVD kits.
· Organization of KOLs and coordination of clinical studies.
· Working closely with both Japanese and US Molecular Support and RA/QA groups in product development, registration of Products and managing of customer complaints.
· Promote Invader chemistry products to be widely used and establish the brand.
· Closely working with clinical commercial laboratories to achieve the sales target.
· To attend local, national and international academic conferences and professional trade shows & events to investigate new targets and to promote Products to prospective customer.


Qualifications

· Laboratory sales experience preferred.
· Wholesaler management experience preferred.
· History of excellent marketing or sales performance.
· Excellent in Microsoft Windows and Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and other popular business software desirable.
· Communication skill in English is strongly preferred.

Education


· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University.

Experience


· Minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing experiences for diagnostic reagents, drugs or devices or equivalent combination or education and experience.

Specialized Knowledge


· Based on territory, overnight travel and work on weekends may be required to effectively grow territory business.
