The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to execute the following deliverables for this project:

  • Participate in the Category Management Program (CMP) Team.

  • Support communication plan by gathering and sharing information with appropriate internal departments regarding the CMP.

  • Facilitate team meetings within Hologic with the intent to identify focus areas around patient workflow, staffing efficiencies and equipment optimization.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify best “category” offering for specific segment.

  • Identify list of top targets with DNA’s to pilot category management program to top 50 accounts.

  • Support creation and coordination efforts for marketing materials.

  • Be enrolled as a Rising Senior, Graduate/MBA

  • Majoring in: Project Management, Program Management, Communication

  • Have a 3.2/4.0 GPA

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of a commercial business structure

  • Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
