The Lead IS Business Partner, HR Solutions will specialize in continuous process and systems improvements for the global Human Resources (HR) organization. As a member of the Information Services (IS) team, you will interact with HR business groups including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation and Equity, Talent Management, and other internal and external partners. This individual contributor role will focus on technical and functional foundational work related to our HR applications and strategic projects impacting Human Resources worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with HR functional leaders to ensure that projects support strategic initiatives and existing systems are meeting the needs of the business
Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends and supporting technologies
Develop business requirements documents for system enhancements and oversee the work of technical developers
Facilitates communication with the BI Analytics and Reporting team and IS Technical Development team to ensure that business requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts are in place to prove out the solution
Partner closely with the internal HR Services team to align on HR operational needs
Provide technical support for all HR Oracle modules and Taleo, including troubleshooting system issues to determine a root cause and recommend / implement solutions
Oversee the monitoring of daily processing to identify and correct problematic conditions before business operations are affected
Participate in testing and validation efforts for production releases, executing software unit test plans, assist in creating test scripts and verifying business User Acceptance Testing
Develop end user training materials and administer end user training as needed

Knowledge of HR processes and data including Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning/Development.
Solid understanding of HCM Technology Landscape and insight into HCM Business needs
Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communications skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
Ability to Configure and Support Oracle eBusiness Suite, specifically Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation Workbench, Learning Management and Taleo Recruiting and On-Boarding
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Management Information Systems or Human Resource Management
- 8+ years of experience in relevant/comparable disciplines such as HR, HRIS, IT, or similar function
