The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support sales and marketing efforts for the Hologic Surgical Products group by implementing tactics to streamline communication, ensure alignment, and improve efficiencies between the sales and marketing teams.
Coordinate and assist with sales and marketing activities related to the promotion of GSS products.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks such as: completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; managing email, arranging complex and detailed agendas
Support calendar and travel coordination, as needed
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Support the development of sales and marketing tactics focused on increasing adoption and generating an attractive Return on Investment (ROI) for Hologic and our customers.
Manage collateral development with internal and external partners to produce materials and provide services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Own marketing and sales newsletter layout and logistics, as well as regular communication updates to the sales force
Create communication tactics for sales and marketing Area/Region meetings as well as the National Sales Meeting
Oversee HUB content to ensure clear messaging and collateral organization
Lead submission of all Agile documents for marketing and sales as needed
Support tradeshow and meeting graphic design process, messaging development and communication needs

Minimum of 2 years in a communication or administrative related position required.
Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, high growth environment.
Evidence of interaction experience with a sales force and customers is important for this role.
