Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, based in our Marlborough Corporate Headquarters , who will be responsible for the financial support and partnership with the Latin American and Caribbean Regional leadership team. Additionally, this role will support international finance through developing and creating reporting analytics and establishing best in class FP&A processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monthly financial reporting for the P&L. (Revenue, Margins, & Operating Expenses, Operating Income).

  • Assist the regional VP in understanding full financial results for the business unit vs key metrics – budgets, forecasts & prior year results.

  • Partnering with LATAM VP for forecasting of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual P&L

  • Partner with LATAM VP to develop, track and analyze KPI’s to ensure profitable and sustainable growth across all divisions within the region.

  • Partner with the LATAM organization through annual strategic planning and operating plan (budget) exercises.

  • In conjunction with the other Intl regions, drive financial metric standardization for the LATAM region.

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, modeling, and decision support as needed.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This role requires an individual with a pro-active attitude who is keen to add value and demonstrate flexibility when dealing with several areas of work concurrently. This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented approach combined with the ability to see the ‘big picture’. This is a key business partnering role that will suit an individual who enjoys working well under pressure to a consistently high standard. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

  • Substantial working knowledge of Windows applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver excellent results and delight business partners and customers

  • Attention to detail, consistently delivering high quality work product

  • Project management skills required to succeed in the role

  • Comfortable working with and manipulation of large data sets

  • Prior experience with finance systems a plus; specifically Hyperion and Oracle

Language

  • English fluency required. Conversational Spanish beneficial

Education

  • BA or BS degree in Finance, Business or related field; MBA a plus

Experience

  • 4-7 years of related business analysis experience in a matrix organization and/or corporate environment.


  • Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows is strongly desired.
