Hologic Intern, Engineering in Newark, Delaware
Post Date Feb 15, 2018
The Breast and Skeletal Health Engineering team is looking to add an intern to their team. In this role, the student selected will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds in the industry.
Develop the “Hologic Hospital”:
This project leverages several other technologies we have already developed/have access to, but ties them together in very useful ways. The goal is to be able to do a development focused 1-click remote install of a (potentially variable sized) Prima cluster, potentially a Dimensions release (either real or simulated) and then, as an integration test, automatically set up and prepopulate a modality worklist server and one or more PACS devices to trigger pre/post fetching, and then have a Dimensions simulator and other SCUs send a wide variety of images. This could ultimately be tied to Jenkins, so that it could optionally happen as part of an automated nightly build.
We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference.
