Extensive travel required for customer training,trade show support, and site visits to critical customer accounts.
Provide lead instruction and mentoring to newhires while “in the field” performing customer training through ouremployee shadow program.
Training Customer staff on new product orproduct updates to including system and functionality.
Provide clinical instruction on proceduralstandards for performing biopsy procedures as applicable.
Provide clinical instruction onDXA products and procedures as applicable.
Document applications training performance forall instruction provided to customer within one week of trainingcompletion.
Provide continued customer service throughpost-applications support.
Maintains a high standard of medical ethics atall times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding andknowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve.
Assist with Field Service and helpdesk trainingwith product updates as applicable.
Ensure that all activities reflect the QualityPolicy according to ISO Standards.
Provide educational lectures for continuingeducation.

Must be able to communicate effectively bothorally and written with customers and supporting departments.
Needs to have a thorough understanding of breasthealth systems and/or DXA systems.
Demonstration of professional demeanor.
Valid Driver’s License. Valid passport asapplicable.
Ability to travel within North America andinternational
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic SciencesProgram
Bachelor of Science degree is desirable
Licenses/Certifications(RT)(R) preferred for DXA
Licenses/Certifications (RT)(R)(M) preferred forMammography
Licenses/Certifications (RT)(R)(MR) preferredfor MRI
Current compliance with Continuing EducationUnit (CEU) requirements for specialties as appropriate.
Qualified candidates require at least 2 yearsclinical experience in breast imaging and /or DXA as a registeredtechnologist, as well as additional experience in a medical setting usingUltrasound and/or MRI imaging modalities or equivalent as applicable.
Knowledge of digital and stereotactic asapplicable.
Knowledge of GE, Siemens and Toshiba asapplicable.
International experience helpful and bilingual astrong consideration.
ARDMS registered sonographer experience a plus
DXA experience a plus
Stereo experience a plus
Domestic travel to customer locations byautomobile and/or airplane (may include occasional evening/weekend traveland extended periods of time out of the country);
International travel may also be required.
The work environment is within a healthcaresetting where the individual is occasionally exposed to the risk ofradiation exposure and blood-borne pathogens. The clinical settingis a clean or sterile environment as required for surgical procedures.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
