Working as part of the Canadian Cynosure team your primary responsibility will be to drive, manage and run the sales and sales growth of your territory.
You’ll work hard to build relationships with current clients and to identify new account bases for development. You will leverage territory insights to help you identify prospects for future sustainable and profitable business growth. You will have passion and knowledge of the Medical Aesthetics market, and the challenges/desires of the practitioners within it. You will be a brand ambassador creating demand for Cynosure products across your region, through events, conferences, Tradeshows and on B2B meetings. And you will have a strong desire to win, exceeding targets consistently, and in the right way.
To win at Cynosure you need strong communication skills across all levels, written and verbal. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to a high standard of output. You will be customer focused and enjoy building lasting relationships in the B2B market place.
