ROLE SUMMARY

As a team Coordinator for the EMEA Canada HR team team you will be supporting a small team of HR Operations Manager and two HR Business Partners through an exciting but challenging period of transition.

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager – UK & Canada you will provide vital administration and coordination support to the team across all areas of HR Operations, including but not limited to, offers of employment, absence management, recording of new starters and leavers, arranging induction sessions including room bookings. Reporting and Internal system maintenance, Storage and collation of internal documents such as completed recruitment documentation etc. Supporting on the processing of invoices and management of spend reporting and tracking.

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this position you will have a good eye for detail, be highly organized, have great written and verbal communication. You will have the ability to prioritize, learn and navigate systems and have proven skills across all MS Office programs. Your customer focus and your ability to jump in to help your friends and colleagues will never go unrecognized!
